HR Reward and MI Analyst
Salary £33,600+
Predominantly Home Working with HQ in Edinburgh and other Scottish Office Locations

I am delighted that Reed HR are working with one of our fantastic clients in an interesting sector, who are seeking a HR Reward and MI Analyst. The successful candidate will join on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave and lead on the Design and Delivery of Reward, Management of HR Systems and MI Reporting.
The successful candidate will;
- Manage the full rewards package, liaising with 3rd party suppliers and cross departmental teams
- Assist with Annual Pay Reviews (stats, analysis and recommendations)
- Create and manage MI Reports across EDI, L&D, Workforce Planning etc.
- Maintain the HRIS, the roll out of new functionality (GDPR and Audits)
