We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to join our Rewards Team at STARK Building Materials UK.
As a Reward Analyst, you will provide expertise to support the team in delivering a proactive and agile service to its customers. This is primarily achieved through providing high-quality support on pay and benefit related activities, e.g., salary review and bonus campaigns, salary bench-marking, and pay frameworks, making recommendations and providing insights based on industry best practice, competitor activity, and internal data analysis.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. The role is remote; however, team members are required to attend meetings once or twice a month at our Head Office in Coventry.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Previous experience working as a Reward Analyst and an in-depth understanding of reward principles is essential.
Experience of manipulating large quantities of data to provide reports and draw out useful and actionable insights, data modelling.
Experienced in salary bench-marking and pay structure design.
Knowledge of legislation surrounding pay and benefit related matters (e.g., salary sacrifice, tax, etc.).
HAY and/or Mercer Job Evaluation Experience.
Excellent proficiency in Excel.
High degree of numeracy.
Able to multi-task and work to deadlines.
Pro-active and resourceful with great customer service skills.
Experience utilising Workday would be advantageous to the role
Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
What will I be doing in the role?
Support and contribute to the evolution of the reward and benefits strategy within STARK Building Materials UK.
Manage the annual pay review and bonus process, from providing insights from the macro-economic environment, competitor activity, and trends to support the pay review decision, to the hands-on management of the pay review process through to payment.
Support the job levelling process and implementation of the new job levels into STARK Building Materials UK.
Salary bench-marking and supporting the Head of Reward with the implementation of a clear salary policy and structure.
Support the ongoing evolution of the Reward processes to achieve a higher level of digitisation and automation of processes for improved colleague experience and improved efficiencies.
Provide reporting support to the HR Teams where needed.
Work with the Head of Reward and the rest of the team on ensuring the ongoing review and enhancement of our employee value proposition from a Reward perspective by recommending best practice standards and competitor insights.
