Reward Analyst

SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic private sector business based in Coventry who are on the look out for a skilled Rewards & Benefits Analyst.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and focused rewards specialist to come and join a fantastic and growing team. With various projects to get involved with this opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced and forward-thinking work environment. Reporting into the Reward Business Partner the successful candidate will have the support and guidance from a fantastic manager and be able to shadow and gain further experience.
Duties/ skills:
- Hands on experience in a similar role including knowledge of pension and benefits administration.
- Be able to complete bench marking and research techniques
- Support with the production of data analysis and commentary for the Executive team
- Support reward cycle activities and be heavily involved in various CI projects
