Calisen is in an exciting and strong position where we are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business, and we now have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst to work within our People/HR team.

The Reward Analyst will assist the Head of Reward in planning and executing the annual reward cycle and implementing reward projects through data analysis and insights. The role will also involve managing benefit and recognition programmes through partnerships and systems.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role offers the flexibility of working from home, with a minimum of two days per week spent working from our Wigan offices. The annual salary for this role is to be discussed up to £45,000.

What we are looking for

  • Extensive experience in reward analysis and data insights, project and stakeholder management, and managing benefits contracts and renewals.
  • Knowledge of financial modelling.
  • Computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative, while also being able to switch between activities as required.
  • Good organisational and administrational skills.
  • Experience in job evaluation and pay benchmarking, along with a basic understanding of payroll, would be desirable.
