About the role
In this role you will be responsible for detailed analysis and reporting to support reward projects and the annual salary review process. Day to day you will work with both employee and external market data and will have the opportunity to get involved in broader reward related areas.
Experience or a strong interest in Reward is essential for the role, and we are open to applications from professionals with a background in Reward, Human Resources, Consulting and Analytical roles..
Essential skills & experience
- Previous analytical experience in a professional environment. Data and analysis is a key part of this role.
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, capable of using formulas, graphics and making recommendations from the data outputs.
- Ability to work with and manipulate large volumes of data
- Experience in utilising wider data analytical tools such as PowerBI, Google Sheets, Alteryx
- Knowledge of Workday or similar Finance and People systems.
- Ability to take personal responsibility to consistently focus on quality work, in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- A logical thinker, proactive in coming up with recommendations and own point of view.
- Ability to research various sources of information, summarise and communicate back.
- Enjoy being part of a cohesive team and share insights and knowledge, and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. .
