Reed HR has been engaged by one of our core clients in Crawley to recruit a Reward Analyst on a contract basis to support their established reward team with annual salary reviews.
As a Reward Analyst, your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyse market trends and benchmark employee compensation and benefits. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive reward strategies and provide support on various HR projects.
The Reward Analyst will...
- Support the Annual Salary and Bonus review cycle by managing our new Sage Comp Planner process, including helping managers learn how to use it, managing mid-process questions and requests, and producing reports at the end of the process
- General reward related data collection and analysis (may be involved in benefits too)
- Monthly gender pay gap calculations
- Support reward projects such as recognition; Support benchmarking and job evaluation (WTW Global Grading system)
- Support other priorities as they come up
- Communication of data to various stakeholders across the business
The successful Reward Analyst will have...
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent working knowledge benchmarking and the gender pay gap.
- Salary review experience.
- Good knowledge of using an HRIS.
