Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role provides you with hybrid working, with an average of 2-3 days a week in the office in Huntingdon as required.

We are seeking a talented and strategic-minded individual to join our People Shared Service team as a Reward and Benefits Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering a comprehensive Reward and Benefits program that aligns with our company's strategic goals, purpose and values.

What you'll be doing

As the Reward and Benefits Manager, you will lead our dedicated team to manage the annual compensation and Benefits cycle, whilst playing a critical role in developing and implementing new innovative reward strategies. Your focus will be on ensuring the competitiveness of our offerings in alignment with our purpose and market trends. You will play a crucial role in supporting key long-term projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What does it take to be successful?

• A curious nature with a dynamic approach to work, with the ability to collaborate and influence well with senior leaders

• Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on strategic Reward and Benefits management, including people leadership

• Deep understanding of UK employment regulations, employee Reward and Benefit market trends, and industry best practices.

• Strong analytical and project management skills including previous experience in completing regulatory reporting (i.e. Gender pay reporting)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Previous experience of supplier management (desirable)

• Experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits administration(desirable)
