In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and Benefits programs, ensuring they align with our organisational goals and support employee satisfaction.Main Duties:Develop and execute a comprehensive rewards strategy.Analyse market data to benchmark compensation and Benefits.Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure competitive and fair reward practices.Oversee benefits administration, including salary sacrifice, retirement plans, and wellness programs.Monitor trends and regulatory changes to adapt our programs as needed.About Us:The sole purpose of Birmingham Children’s Trust is to make a positive difference for children, young people and families in the city, by driving up the quality of practice and partnerships across the city and its services.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunities Employer.
