As a Reward and Wellbeing Manager at Hyde, you will be responsible enhancing employee satisfaction, productivity and overall wellness by designing and implementing comprehensive Reward and Wellbeing programs. You will ensure that employees are fairly compensated and supported in achieving optimal physical, mental and emotional health, fostering a positive work environment and organisational success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Reward and pay strategies aligned with our strategic objectives and business priorities.
  • Identify pay and benefits issues, provide solutions, and ensure accurate contractual/reward information is delivered consistently.
  • Lead in the development and delivery of Reward and pay strategies.
  • Manage benefit providers to offer an engaging mix of benefits, positioning Hyde as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee flexible benefits program including annual flex window projects and benefit communications.
  • Proactively manage pay, terms, and conditions, including bonus schemes, pay reviews, and salary benchmarking.
  • Responsible for the management of Hyde's Wellbeing Strategy.
  • Coach and guide team members to implement best practices and ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver business goals.
  • Effectively manage team performance and budget
  • Oversee interactions with outsource partners to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Wellbeing Champions to ensure engagement across all offices and maintain the volunteering policy.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR team members to provide seamless and best practice service.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data related to compensation, benefits, and employee performance to make informed decisions.
  • Capacity to develop and implement long-term reward strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and incentive programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex reward-related information to various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, including coaching and developing team members to achieve high performance.
