Our client, a leading spirits company with a portfolio of exceptional ultra-premium brands, as a Reward Assistant! As part of the HR team, you will work collaboratively with our HR generalist teams and other centres of excellence to support the delivery of payroll, benefits, our HR strategy and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data for UK and non-UK local operating companies (LOCs)
- Support the administration of UK benefits and manage annual and monthly processes for electronic staff shop vouchers
- Monitor and analyse Recognition awards and manage finance recharge of recognition points
- Provide support with benefits benchmarking, alignment with principles and implementation of opportunities identified
- Support HR team members in the use and maintenance of data within the HRIS system
Requirements:
- UK Payroll experience and working knowledge of employment taxes
- Experience in a similar role within a HR department
- Working towards CIPD or CIPP
- Excellent IT skills with experience of computerised HR systems
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise workload
