This role will oversee rewards programs across a global remit. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing reward strategies and systems.

Description

The Reward & Benefit Manager will:

  • Design and manage effective reward strategies and programs.
  • Monitor market trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with wider HR team and management to develop reward schemes and on job evaluation and grading processes.
  • Provide advice and training to HR and managers on reward processes and policies.
  • Oversee annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and bonus processes.

Profile

A successful Reward & Benefit Manager should have:

  • Experience in designing and implementing reward strategies.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis
  • Strong understanding of legislation impacting reward.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal

Job Offer
