Job description

Rewards/Compensation & Benefits Manager:
The client who are a large aerospace manufacturing company are looking for an individual on a fixed 15 month contract to come in and lead the compensation and benefits team of 4 focussing on delivering solutions for employees in line with the commercial needs of the business and the engagement of motivated employees and managing the rewards and supporting the group HR Director with reports and ideas of initiatives.
Essential Experience:
- Knowledge of payroll systems and taxable benefits
- Experience managing a team would be beneficial
- Experience working in a compensation and benefits role
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros)
- At least CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in manufacturing - not necessary but desirable.
- HR experience - Necessary.
