Risk And Compliance Manager

Our client, a law firm, based in Reading, is currently hiring for a Risk and Compliance Manager to work independently in an advisory role ensuring best practice and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments to understand the level, significance and scope of risk to the company and then report on the findings
• Regularly review and manage policies, systems and controls relating to Risk and Compliances, breaches and reporting any breaches found
• Review and manage anti-money laundering policies and procedures and ensure the company is compliant
• Be the
• first point of contact for the companies data protection enquiries
• Investigate and recommend any course of action for any client complaints
• Provide Risk and Compliance training

Requirements

• Experience working in a regulated environment within the professional services sector
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build supportive relationships across the company
• Work with other staff members to resolve client conflicts to an acceptable outcome
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to deal with confidential matters with discretion

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. This position will be working on a hybrid model.
