You will be involved in multiple delivery workstreams that integrate Credit Risk decisioning into the Banks sales channels and processes. You will also be supporting our customers in receiving the best possible end to end experience.

The way that we deliver change is progressive and we expect you to bring pragmatic ideas to the team and have an opportunity to implement them within our Change Management framework.

The difference you'll make:

  • Supporting the execution of initiatives/projects within a Risk Transformation plan
  • Working closely with other stakeholders from Retail Risk and/or from other areas of the Bank, including Retail Business, Technology and Operations
  • Supporting initiatives to deliver the most appropriate / best outcome for the customers (internal and/or external)
  • Acting as a representative from Risk
  • Facilitating the challenge of current processes and support initiatives to develop and implement a best-in-class operating model for Risk
  • Embedding change management standards and tools in all change projects in the Risk division

What you'll bring:

  • Risk experience in any risk class at analyst level (Market, Credit, Operational, Enterprise)
  • Projects and Change experience

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Logical thinking and good data analysis skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work independent and prioritise work loads
  • Knowledge or experience in JIRA, Confluence
  • Experience in banking/financial services industry

This is a 12 months FTC role. Our preferred location for this role is Milton Keynes and current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.. We would also encourage you to apply if you are in a reasonable travel distance of Bradford.
