Risk Management Coordinator (Hybrid Role)

New job opportunity as an Enterprise Control Assurance Coordinator to support the implementation, management, control and development of the organisation’s Enterprise Risk control oversight and testing processes.

Job specification:

• Assess and continuously monitor all controls aspects of the business.
• Assist with embedding the control framework and associated corporate governance across the organisation.
• Assist with maintaining the risk, controls and policy registers.
• Identify and monitor appropriate controls and conduct regular testing.
• Drive forward the risk and control elements of the company’s culture.
• Develop, control and monitor adherence to all risk policies and assist in the reviewing of policies, processes, procedures and identification of controls.
• Coordinate and comply with the related QA policies, procedures, controls, and reporting including control testing and improvement activities.
• Prepare control reports for committee packs.
• Development of close, effective working relationships with our partners, relevant departments, internal auditors and other related 3rd party suppliers and organisations.
• Support the delivery of specified projects as a part of the strategic and operational plans.
• Maintain an up-to-date awareness of all relevant risk, compliance, QA and regulatory requirements and industry best practice.

Person specification:

• Must be capable of developing coherent operational plans as well as detailed project level plans and strong personal organisation skills.
• Must be able to analyse processes, procedures and data and make recommendations for control enhancements.
• Risk management experience is preferable
• Preferably qualified or part-qualified or studying towards a recognised Risk Management or controls qualification
