We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our client’s prestigious luxury car dealership!

As a Risk Management Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding their operations and maintaining the high standards their customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Risk Management strategies to safeguard the dealership's assets and reputation
• Conduct regular risk assessments and collaborate with department heads to identify potential areas of concern
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
• Create and update Risk Management documentation and reports
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Risk Management

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a Risk Management and/or Compliance role
• Sound understanding of Risk Management processes.
• A track record of performing in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Up to £45k Basic
• Bonus
• Monday - Friday 37.5hrs
• Company benefits
• 25 days holiday + BH
