As a Risk Specialist, you will provide support to the Supply Chain function by outlining the organisation’s expectations on robust risk management. You will be the lead for Supply Chain risk matters, liaising with both internal teams and external partners. Your responsibilities will include overseeing risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Key accountabilities:
- Support on risk management tracking and methodology for the Supply Chain function.
- Develop mitigation and contingency planning methodology, creating suitable templates and training material to be used across the Supply Chain function
- Take an active role to support and represent the Supply Chain function’s external relationships with the government bodies and external regulators.
- Key requirements:
- A demonstrable track record of risk identification and management.
- Ability to collate and manage risks across the Supply Chain.
- Be comfortable with leading on projects as required to manage and close out risk.
- Knowledge and experience of a risk management tool, such as ARM, @Risk, Primavera, or Risk Analysis.
