Senior Risk Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Risk Manager to work within Public/Defence Sector.

12-month contract

Location: Aldermaston - hybrid working 1-2 days office attendance

About the role:

• A demonstrable track record of risk identification and management.
• Being comfortable with leading on projects as required to manage and close out risk.
• Knowledge and experience of a risk management tool, such as ARM, @Risk, Primavera, or Risk Analysis.
• Working experience within a specialist role in a supply chain or procurement function in a similar organisation/industry would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Being accurate in data analysis and attention to detail.

The ideal candidates will have active SC Clearance and proven Risk Management experience with the following skills and experience:

• Background in risk management in either project experience or professional equal in risk management
• Someone who can collate and manage risks across the function with the supply chain.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all level.
• Track record of 3-5 years example of managing risk.
• Mixture between project risk or enterprise / corporate risk would be highly beneficial.
• Supply chain experience would be very beneficial.
• General IT systems - SharePoint / MS
• If the candidate uses ARM would be good
• Public sector experience would be beneficial but not essential.
