Job Title:Risk Manager
Location: London (hybrid)
Contract Length: 3 months
Role Objective:
The role is a contract role to assess, review, challenge and deliver assurance that AXA Commercials products and pricing framework is in line with all regulatory, legal and AXA Group standards. The role will ensure any deficiencies are remediated and that controls are designed and operating effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Complete an end to end ground up review of the product governance framework to ensure:
• Compliance to with all relevant regulatory, legal and AXA group requirements.
• That data inputs and associated frameworks and methodologies are robust and reliable allowing for product assessments to be accurately completed, appropriately challenged and mitigated.
• That product governance KPI's, KRI's, MI and reports, for Commercial Senior Leadership team and Executive Committee are fit for purpose.
• The role holder should assist in the design and delivery of any expected enhancements and improvements.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven track record of delivering complex regulatory change across complex organisations
• 10+ years' Financial Services industry background, including 5 years at a senior level
• 5+ years practical experience of project management within Financial Services industry
• 10+ years' Experience of working with senior management and Executives
• Knowledge of the UK general insurance market, legislative and regulatory environment specifically relating to product and pricing governance.
• Influencing skills that do not depend on role or resource power, politically aware & stakeholder sensitive
• Ability to identify, quantify & manage risk and create frameworks for risk monitoring & mitigation activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with different functional & interest groups facilitating shared participation
