SalaryYour new companyA large manufacturing business based in Solihull is currently recruiting for a Credit controller on a permanent basis. In the role, you will be working in a team of 8 credit controllers and you will manage and oversee your own ledger, chase debt and manage queries.Your new role
- Oversee management of their ledger
- Chase & collect debt owing via email phone or other relevant method and process payments.
- Identify log and resolve queries by liaising with other departments and raising credit notes where necessary.
- Manage unallocated cash and assist cash & banking
- Escalate aged debt and unresolved queries to Credit Manager
- Process credit & cash applications
- Risk Assessment monitoring & reviews
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in cash collection
- Experience in risk assessment
- Reading Financial Accounts
- Knowledge of recovery proceedings
- Advanced Excel skills
- 2 years credit control experience
