River cruise sales experience in a MUST from a tour operator or travel agent background.

River Cruise Sales Specialist Duties:
* Handling incoming river and ocean Cruise Travel enquiries across the globe.
* Involvement with arranging other cruise types.
* Booking travel extras including flights, hotels, airport lounges.
* Handling customers from start to finish.
* Offering a cutting edge customer service.
* Participating in cruise ship visits to enhance knowledge.
