The Client:
VWA is supporting a mid-sized financial services firm with around 300 employees in the City of London, seeking to appoint a Roadshow Coordinator within the Corporate Access team.
The Roadshow Coordinator Role:
This role will involve working as part of a team to provide support to a range of individuals across the business and organise roadshows. This a varied role with responsibilities that include but not limited to:
- Booking of travel for staff and clients, collating travel itineraries to Europe and the States and liaising with travel agents, hotels and members of staff accordingly
- Assist with arranging logistics for roadshows and process invoices and trip expenditures
- Inputting and recording of client information and records to CRM systems
- Assisting with events including conferences
- Support the Sales team as required
The Successful Roadshow Coordinator will:
- Have previous administration/office experience
- Be a real team worker and able to work with a range of individuals effectively
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Be extremely organised and able to work to deadlines
- Comfortable working in a high-volume workload environment
Additional Information:
- Competitive salary up to 39K depending on experience
- Main hours for this role are 8/9am - 5/5 with flexibility to work around this as and when needed
- Hybrid working - 2 days WFH per week
