SalaryRogan & Co is our local neighbourhood restaurant located in the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District offering a casual dining experience, using exceptional, home-grown ingredients. We have been awarded 1 Michelin star and 3 AA Rosettes for the quality of our food and service. We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and 4 for Lunch - Wednesday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Head Waiter/Waitress you will provide an exceptional and informed guest experience coupled with excellent communication skills and a real passion for food and wine. Furthermore You will assume responsibility for the management of junior staff and their learning and development.
We offer a competitive salary and 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.
