As a Roll Forming Operator, you'll assume a pivotal role in their manufacturing process, actively contributing to their success by ensuring the delivery of exclusive products to their customers. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing a roll forming line and machine, along with any necessary secondary equipment, to ensure efficient operations and product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Operate roll forming machinery efficiently and safely.
- Set up machines according to product specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Roll Forming Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating Roll forming/ Bradbury or similar machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand technical specifications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Advantageous to have experience in operating a Bradbury machine previously.
Hours and Perks:
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Early finish on Friday: 06:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Overtime available
