The Role

As ‘Room Attendant’ you’ll be behind the scenes, delivering on our mission!

You’ll understand the importance of a fantastic first impression to the happiness of our guests. You’ll be fastidious in your approach to ensuring our housekeeping department runs as efficiently as possible. You’ll have high standards when it comes to housekeeping ensuring guest bedrooms and bathrooms in your allocated section are spotless and well presented.

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

Hotel Description

The hotel specialises in hosting all types of meetings, conferences and events from small training sessions to gala dinners and product launches and has 15 air-conditioned meeting and event rooms, including the stunning Argyll Suite that can hold up to 800 guests. The hotel also features 283 bedrooms including 34 Club bedrooms and a Club lounge for exclusive members, 15 suites, a spa plus a health and leisure club with extensive facilities including a heated swimming pool and gymnasium.
