What will you be doing?
Produce cost effective and efficient rosters for nominated personnel compliant with the relevant operational standards.
About the role (External)
Key Accountabilities
1. Prepare rosters for personnel undertaking weekly/daily rostered duties to cover sickness, leave and special arrangements.
2. Compile and control leave records.
3. Provide information to support the delivery of the Area and Route reporting requirements.
4. Assist in administering and monitoring delivery of the Area contracts.
5. Make roster arrangements for medical examinations, and interviews.
6. Maintain post incident and unannounced drug and alcohol records.
Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
• Experience of working in an administrative environment
• Sound knowledge of all rostering arrangements
• Conditions of service applicable to rostering
Desirable
• Good communicator
• Good MS Office skills
• Able to prioritise workloads

Our Drugs and Alcohol Standard is changing as of 16.01.2023.
