Rota Housekeeper/ Nanny, Oxford, up to £65k gpa

Amazing job to join a team of staff looking after a 12 year old girl on a 2 week on/off schedule. The girl is at school and has a team of people looking after her, but since her parents live abroad it’s important that you are very friendly and caring. She is at school and has lots of activities too. You will be responsible to cook her healthy simple meals, and look after the home, ensuring it is tidy and well kept. You must be able to drive, in order to do the shopping, but also to take the girl to appointments sometimes.
Responsibilities:
* Keep the home clean and organised with light housekeeping tasks like vacuuming, dusting, and mopping
* Handle grocery shopping and other household errands to ensure the home is well-stocked
* Prepare simple, healthy meals
* Assist with packing and unpacking as needed
* Care for the 12-year-old girl
Requirements:
* Must have a valid driver’s license
* Comfortable with occasional international travel
* Experience in housekeeping and childcare
* Comfortable with a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rota schedule
* Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanour
* Ability to work independently with a high level of honesty and reliability
Additional Information:
The family has no pets, and during periods when the family is traveling or away, there will be downtime, providing you with flexibility for personal time or activities.
Salary: up to £65k gpa
Start Date: ASAP (or in line with a notice period)
