Rota Nanny
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Rota Nanny to take care of our high-profile client’s four children aged under 11. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising the children’s schedules and will work closely with other household staff members.
This is a demanding role that requires dedication, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for UHNW households and possess a down-to-earth attitude.
The rota is two weeks on, two weeks off and is an immediate start.
Job responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed schedules for the children, coordinating with parents, tutors, and other household staff to ensure all activities are well-planned and executed smoothly
- Provide high-quality care for the children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development are always prioritised
- Plan and organise age-appropriate activities, outings, and events that promote learning, creativity, and engagement
- Assist with homework and educational tasks, supporting the children’s academic progress
- Collaborate with other household staff members, including nannies, housekeepers, drivers, and personal assistants, to maintain a harmonious and efficient household environment
- Accompany the children on trips and travel both domestically and internationally, ensuring their needs are met during the journey and while at the destination
- Foster a nurturing and positive environment for the children, encouraging good behaviour, manners, and independence
- Communicate effectively with the parents, providing regular updates on the children’s activities, progress, and any concerns or issues that arise
- Take care of the children’s personal belongings, including clothing, toys, and equipment, ensuring everything is well-maintained and organised
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Candidates must be/have:
- Previous experience working as a Rota Nanny for an UHNW households
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage schedules for multiple children
- Genuine passion for working with children and providing exceptional care
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including working weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and household staff
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as required
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes at short notice
- Professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
- Valid First Aid / CPR certification

Global role – US, UK and Europe.

Separate accommodation provided on duty.

Two weeks on, two weeks off.
Salary
up to £75,000
