SalaryWe are seeking a full-time native-level English Nanny/Governess to work with two small children in a Chinese family, highly recommended and well known to our agency. The family, based in Primrose Hill, London, needs a nanny for their young daughter aged 3,5 and son aged 2,5.
The nanny’s role will involve teaching English to the children and working alongside the other household staff. The children have had an English governess for 1 year and are making good progress in their language acquisition.
The ideal candidate will be fully fluent in English with a clear British accent. The candidate should be fun, friendly, active, and positive, skilled at engaging children and helping them learn through play. Qualifications in Early Years, PGCE, Education, or a related field would be advantageous, along with at least 3 years’ experience with a similar age group. The candidate should be comfortable with planning the learning and academic development stages for the upcoming year, being proactive and diligent.
The family occasionally travels throughout the year, and the nanny should be ready to accompany the children as needed. The candidate must be well-presented, as they will be an extension of the family.
The schedule will be 40 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday
The salary on offer is £1200 per week
