We're seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our efforts in providing expert advice, shaping policy, and coordinating strategies within Rough Sleeping. As the Rough Sleeping Service Lead, you'll:

• Represent the authority on Rough Sleeping policy and strategy, ensuring there impact is felt.
• Lead and supervise a team of staff, ensuring high standards and targets are consistently met.
• Coordinate multi-agency arrangements and partnerships to meet the needs of rough sleepers.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various services to provide comprehensive support.
• Contribute to the Senior Management Team of the Housing Options and Homelessness Service, ensuring a coordinated approach
