Role: Routings Coordinator

Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 dependent on Experience

Office Based

My client is a Global, industry leading, shipping company, who are looking for a Routings Coordinator to join their ever growing team. Based in Southampton you will be based within a bustling, high paced and vibrant environment within a great team.

The perfect candidate will be a good communicator, who can demonstrate adaptability, forward thinking and exceptional customer service. You will be willing to go the extra mile and be able to work as part of a team.

Routings Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Create new bookings on my clients internal system
• Lease with clients and colleagues to ensure shipments are delivered within agreed deadlines
• Provision costs and prepare invoices for payment
• Ensure all paperwork is in line with company standards
• Manage client expectations

Routings Coordinator Requirements:

• Knowledge of INCO terms
• Experience with Imports procedures
• Multi Tasking
• Excellent Eye for Detail
