Are you passionate about Independent Music and looking to kick-start your career in the heart of the music industry? Our global leader in championing Independent Music is seeking a talented Junior Royalties Administrator to join our dynamic team.
As a Junior Royalties Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the company mission by ensuring the accurate processing and distribution of statements for 2 distributed labels. Reporting directly to the Head of Royalties, you'll be responsible for maintaining client data, processing monthly statements, liaising with various teams to ensure accuracy, and supporting ongoing projects to enhance efficiency in royalty processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate setup and maintenance of client data and royalty conditions
• Processing and distributing monthly statements for distributed labels and artists
• Liaising with Business Affairs and Management for reporting accuracy
• Coordinating with global finance teams on payments and costs
• Managing ad-hoc projects to improve royalty processes
• Supporting the Group Royalties Manager with general tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Experience or detailed knowledge of processing royalties
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent command of Excel including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines under pressure
• Experience with Vistex Record Maestro or similar royalty software (desired)
• French language skills (preferred)
