Salary A brand new and extremely exciting role has become available for a Royalties Manager to work within one of the worlds largest and well know Music & Entertainment businesses based in London
Experience needed:-
Review and check royalty accountings prepared by team for accuracy and completeness, liaise with Legal and Finance for subsequent approval queries.
Delivery of accurate and timely accounting for all contracted artists and licensors in accordance with contractual terms.
Supervise the direct contact of the team with Artists and Artists representatives. Ensure that any complex or high profile artists are dealt with in a clear and responsive manner at all times.
Ensuring team have interpreted and implemented artist recording agreements correctly to the royalty system.
Manage and motivate immediate team within budgetary constraints to ensure that the team work efficiently and effectively to deliver a high quality standard of service.
Manage reporting of all royalty income/cost postings as per interfaces with the financials.
