Your Role:
As a Mentor with a rugby background, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting children, both on a 1:1 basis and occasionally with groups. Your primary focus will be delivering a variety of structured activities, contributing to the holistic development of students. Get to know the pupils in your care well, whether it's through individual sessions or during group work. Utilize the skills honed on the rugby field to connect with children who may struggle in a mainstream environment.

Requirements:

Essential prior experience in Rugby Coaching or playing.
Passion for sports and a genuine desire to help children succeed.
Full-time commitment to making a positive impact within education.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, fostering engagement and enthusiasm.
