The Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Manager, is a key role for the organisation in driving forward our plan. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who has the skills, knowledge, and experience to work with our teams, managers, and fellow heads of service in driving quality practice, leading and implementing innovation and embedding the values and behaviours we expect in Wirral.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to strengthen the offer of support provided to young people and families, providing key leadership and management over a fast-paced and enthusiastic social care workforce. As the Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Manager, you will work together with the strategic lead for the service and will a number of IRO's who work with our staff and vulnerable children and families from assessment through to a final permanency plan, to quality assure our provision.

A Social Work qualification is required to undertake this role, you will also need to be registered with Social Work England.
