Salaried GP

​​Background
Here we have a wonderful opportunity for a Salaried GP to join a truly visionary practice and one that really appreciates feedback from its staff, listening to thoughts and feelings on a regular basis. This practice has a capped daily appointment list of 27 contacts and these are kept as manageable as possible, split between telephone and face-to-face appointments. You will have 15 minutes for face-to-face appointments and a large GP team alongside you for support. You'll also have a superb clinical team including Paramedics, Pharmacists and nursing staff.
Due to this practice looking to replace a retiring GP, it's important that they get someone with a minimum of five years of experience post-CCT, so newly qualified GPs need not apply. They are flexible on the number of sessions but ideally seeking between six and eight per week and offer graded sessional rates depending on what a GP can bring to the position!
Salary - £11,250 - £12,300 per session + indemnity + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Your role -

• 4 - 8 sessions per week
• 15-minute face-to-face appointments
• Capped workload to keep every day manageable
• Low home-visiting numbers
• Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients
• Take on additional responsibilities to increase renumeration
