Form of workA friendly and supportive teaching practice in West/Central London is looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our innovative team of doctors. We have a large multi-disciplinary team of 14 doctors, 3 practice nurses, 3 HCAs, 3 pharmacists, pharmacy technician, GP Trainees and 21 members of an admin team (including secretarial support of dictation of letters/ers and a document management team who process hospital correspondence). We are dedicated to providing excellent patient care to our list size of approx. 18,000 patients. We use innovative ways of working in order to support our doctors have the best possible working environment. We foster an ethos of treating our patients with empathy and respect whilst maintaining and developing outstanding clinical practice.
- Salary: £11,000 per session
- Session: 3 to 7 sessions available and 1 admin session.
- Lots of in house CPD opportunities
- 6 weeks' annual leave and 1 week's study leave
- 3 hr am clinics and 2 hr pm clinics
- Home visits minimal
- Script volume low (3 in house pharmacists and 1 pharmacy technician)
- Small numbers of letters (in house document management team)
- Specialist clinics in house such as paediatrics and geriatrics (with opportunities to sit in with specialist)

- 50% of sessions can be done remotely from home after completion of satisfactory induction period
