Salaried GP

Salaried GPs employed under the BMA model contract are entitled to protected learning time for professional development. Lunchtime clinical/training meetings are held weekly to facilitate MDT discussion and peer support. Role development and training is encouraged and supported. You will be entitled to 30 working days annual leave and 8 public/extra statutory holidays or days in lieu of pay each year between 1st January and 31 December (pro rata in the case of part-time employment). The post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
