The role would be at a strong and stable practice with an established team of GPs as well as a comprehensive team of clinical support staff and highly trained admin team resulting in a high performing and well organised practice. The surgery is a training practice so there would be opportunities to get involved in teaching and training, but also means the surgery is supportive and welcoming of newly qualified GPs. They are part of a larger NHS Foundation Trust meaning there is ample opportunities to develop interest areas or take on lead roles and build a true portfolio career.
