Sale Consultant £100K Ote 50% Commission Per Deal (Remote)

Position: Sales Consultant

Location: Remote (with option for visa sponsorships for Dubai)

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and prospect potential clients

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

- Appointment setting and negotiation

- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

- Meet monthly sales targets by securing an average of 6 deals per month

Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a commission-based role (2 years experience)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Visa sponsorship available for Dubai

Compensation:

- Generous 50% commission rate

- OTE £100k/year (realistic)

- Each deal is worth £2000 (£1000 COM/deal)

- Consultants average 6 deals per month whereas top performers average 10+ deals

- Employees must consistently make 1 deal per week as a minimum target

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £80,485.00-£120,477.37 per year
