We are seeking a dynamic office based Business Development Sales Executive to join our successful client's team.
This role offers a permanent position with 37.5 hours per week, providing an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the growth and success of our company.For this UK specialist supplier of industrial embedded solutions and electrical components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as generate new prospects
- Develop and execute a sales plan to deliver tailored account management for both existing and potential accounts
- Monitor and drive performance and growth within allocated accounts
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Identify and address areas of improvement to ensure goal attainment
- Identify revenue opportunities by promoting various service provisions available from the company
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Customer-centric with a highly motivated and dynamic attitude
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure
- Open to change and comfortable with new technologies
- Proven track record in a sales or target-driven role
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Requirements:
- Technical or equivalent qualification, preferably to HNC level
- Experience in either electrical or electronics component sales or similar technology products.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and influencing skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Commercial awareness regarding company profitability
- Strategic prospecting and objection management skills
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management abilities
- Technical competence related to electronics and associated products
- Full driving license
- Knowledge and relationships within our market areas
- Understanding of our main products and applications
