We are looking for an experienced Sales Admin/sales support to join the sales team of a fast gowing metal distribution company based in West Brom who are supplying non- ferrous metals such as Copper, Brass, Bronze, Aluminium, in all forms, to a customer base of engineering companies.
Key responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service over the phone and email
- Account management - looking after your customers
- Relationship building - creating good rapport with customers to ensure repeat business
- General office duties such as data entry, order processing and following up enquiries

- Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
