Duties
- The administration and processing of sales orders
- Entering of Sales Orders onto Company's computer system
- Procurement and entering of Purchase Orders
- Expediting of Purchase Orders with Central Purchasing or direct with suppliers
- Prompt answering and addressing of telephone enquiries
- Maintain correct customer and business information
- Associated filing and administration tasks
Experience
- Possess a proven ability to work quickly, whilst understanding the need to be thorough, with a high degree of accuracy, paying specific attention to detail
- Have experience of stock systems and processing sales orders
- Be bright, energetic and possess the ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
