Responsibilities
- Managing company correspondence, via phone calls and emails.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Data Entry & maintaining information on the system.
- Responding to questions and requests for information.
- Arranging appointments.
- Scheduling work with the companies clients and tenants.
- High level of customer service
- High attention to detail with all correspondence.
