My client, a well established and dynamic company based in Woodford Green, is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their team on a 12 month contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience within a busy office environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing reception cover and support, meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Answering calls and directing as appropriate
- Sorting and distributing incoming post, managing franking of outgoing post
- Generating and sending letters, client gifts and welcome packs
- Raising invoices and providing administrative support to teams
- Supporting facilities management
- Sending out accounts packs
- Assisting with onboarding processes, completing checks as required
