Job Title - Contracts Administrator
Length - Permanent
Salary - £28,000 - £35,000
Location - Colchester, Hybrid 3 Days in office 2 Days from home
DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Administering and overseeing contract agreements directly or by supervising internal and external resources.
- Facilitating contract negotiations with Operational Partners, External Legal Consultants, and Sub Consultants.
- Reviewing and updating current contracts.
- Tracking contractual performance using spreadsheets.
- Ensuring quality control measures are implemented.
- Generating and distributing Purchase Orders.
- Additional general duties entail the development and upkeep of document control files.
Profile
- Experience with construction agreements (RIBA, NEC, CIC, etc.) is desirable.
- Proven experience with legal agreements is Desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Professional demeanour
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
