We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager to join a fantastic Distribution Company in Dartford. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company and make a meaningful impact on their client's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support existing customer relationships by promptly responding to enquiries and managing approved sales orders.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to request pricing from preferred suppliers and ensure specifications meet customer expectations.
- Work closely with the Design team to create artwork and provide customers with final approval.
- Oversee the production process, liaising with preferred suppliers to confirm schedules and monitor progress.
- Manage the dispatch process, engaging with dispatching organisations to meet customer requirements.
- Provide regular updates to customers on project and open orders.
- Undertake general office and production tasks as required.
- Supporting existing Account Managers
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales/ Account Management/ Business Development/ Customer Service
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong team working and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proactive and positive, with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
