Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Sales Admin / Operative to join a small friendly company based in Luton.
This is a temp to perm role.
This is a multi tasking role where there is a fair bit of manual labour too, moving boxes, pallets working in the uniform department, warehouse, goods in & despatch as well as PC work of heatseal and Embroidery machine operation.
Full on the job training will be given to the successful candidate.
Main duties are as follows:
Checking goods in, putting stock of clothing and janitorial products away or pick for embroidery and heatseal
Vinyl weeding/prep for Heat sealing uniform (from our state of the art machines)
Future training to use our embroidery machine/s
Friendly telephone manor to speak to customers on the phone and trade counter.
Fork truck licence (not essential as they can put the right person on a truck course)
Driving licence and perhaps experience in driving vans we may have holiday cover required
Using a pc, our simplistic design softwear, outlook, adding parcels to DHL and pallet network website printing labels.
Data entry of our delivery notes to an excel document
Working in a friendly family team environment. Flexibility and positive can do attitude is a must
Working hours: Mon-Thursday 8:00-17:00 and 8:00-16.00 Friday
Pay rate: £10.42 per hour + paid overtime + attendance bonus scheme paid twice annually worth £250 total + Christmas vouchers worth £250
