Location: Pampisford, Cambridge
Salary: £12-£14 per hour DOE
Hours: Part-time hours, working 16-20 hours weekly with full flexibility around start and finish times,
Availability: Immediate start date
We are looking for an Admin assistant to work within the Sales team. The candidate will be the liaison between our client's company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer inquiries; meanwhile keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision made.
Main Duties
- Handling incoming sales calls and enquiries
- Dealing with customers via email and telephone
- Supplying order progress information to the customers
- Processing orders/credits
- Generate and follow up on proforma invoices/quotations
- Chasing deliveries
- Maintaining customers database
- Providing administrative supports as needed
- Scanning/filing and other office duties
- Getting quotes and arranging couriers for UK and abroad shipments
- Producing and checking shipping documents for export
- Liaising with freight forwarders
