Sue Ross Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity working with our client, an international OEM of specialist equipment, for a proactive and dynamic Sales Admin Coordinator. Working as part of an established sales team, the role involves providing excellent customer service and building strong working relationships with key clients.
Duties and responsibilities include;
- Responding to incoming customer enquiries
- Providing quotations for products across the UK & Europe client base.
- Supporting customers via email, telephone, and live chat
- Checking product prices, delivery, and invoice details, reviewing purchase orders
- Updating a central CRM database
- Reviewing sales enquiries and following up
- Working with Account Managers and External Sales Managers on ongoing business development projects
- Covering the post-sales function, including orders and despatches, during holiday periods

This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role;
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.45pm, Friday 8.30am to 12.00pm
Hybrid working from home on Monday and Fridays, office-based Tuesday to Thursday
